Your selfie photo is required by FIA to allow us to digitally verify your identity. We need to ensure that you are who you say you are, by comparing your selfie photo to the face on your Identity Document using Microsoft’s facial biometrics software.

Via our partnership with KYC Namibia, we have a licence agreement and access to the Dow Jones Database, so you can screen your customers in real-time at the onset of the onboarding. If required, we can also programmatically screen your customers for a period of for 12 months and you will be notified should their compliance status change.

No. Although IDToday is a centralized identity management platform, information can only be accessed with an individual’s consent and authorisation. In other words, the customer will decide with which businesses or service providers they chose to share their information.
